This magnificent 6.5 miles of Georgian Bay shoreline, mile-long slip and waterfront land are now being transformed into a world-class resort village. Of the 825 acres, over half will remain preserved wetland including a protected swan nesting area. On the harbour side, just imagine when boats fill the docks and new restaurants, cafes and shops bustle with life.
There’s a definite character to Port McNicoll that gives the renaissance of this town its own unique flavour.
With classic verandahs and widow’s walks and clapboard siding and old stone, these homes could be in Martha’s Vineyard or Tofino or Key West but together, this couldn’t be anywhere other than Port McNicoll.
